Re: Jeep lays out 5-year plan, including rebirth of Grand Wagoneer and new C-segment
Way back in my head I thought that the Fiat-Chrysler merger would be a good one, certainly better than previous with Daimler, due to the similar situation they both find themselves in, and the honesty and integrity that results. Thinking back to the nasty snob types at Daimler who looked down on Chrysler engineers as 2nd or 3rd rate fellow employees, I see a much better merger here with great potential for both brands and global growth. Thus far I like the segregation of product segments and overlap. Ram and Dodge have such great storied names, they should remain as is. Jeep is already on a roll too, and as they go global, that will offer many thriving opportunities, as well as great challenges.
I am looking forward to great things for mopar fans, as even I plan on my next stage of restoration for my cuda
