Just this weekend the first test mule for the Volvo S90 was spotted in Amsterdam. This is a very big deal for Volvo as it's replacing the beyond aging S80. It's expected to ride on Volvo's new modular platform and will likely borrow the drivetrains from the new XC90 meaning a 318hp 2.0 4 cylinder and 400hp 2.0 4 cylinder + electric motor. This car will show the way forward for Volvo's car design, hoping it gets the Thor's Hammer LED strips in the headlamps like the XC90.
I wonder if they're just going to go with 90 - 60 - 30 for their sedans?
From what I read before they were going to go 40, 60, 90 for all vehicles with a sedan, wagon, suv/crossover per number like (S40, V40, V40 Cross Country, XC40) (S60,V60,V60 Cross Country, XC60) (S90, V90, V90 Cross Country, XC90) This doesnt take into account other coming models just as a C70 replacement.
