Ford 525 convertible

I present the Ford 525, named after it's 525-hp 5.0L V8. Built off a variation of the GRWD platform, it'd be a 2 seat convertible and coupe (see top right corner for it's general shape). I'm not sure if it'd be a hardtop vert or not, but I think I'm leaning that direction.

What do you all think of it? (sorry about the slightly tilted image)

Current Vehicle:

Light Ice Blue/White Suede Roof | Med. Lt. Stone Interior | Vista Roof | Navigation | PowerFold™ 40/40 2nd Row/Console | Refrigerator | Aftermarket dual headrest DVD System | PowerCode™ Remote Start | Towing Package | 22" Edge Sport wheels

Re: Ford 525 convertible

I really like this, Rmc
(even tho I'm categorically against 2-seaters for the near future...
...BIG TY for Not calling this a Thunderbird )

Love the tail lights and the way they "skim" above the side accent crease
but think the front end could be more adventurous - I'm not crazy about what I call "X-face", grille+fascia making an "X" - tho yours is top notch
Oh-&-imho, the side vent/exhaust-thingies aren't needed

actually prefer the coupe more than the 'vert/cabrio/droptop -- maybe cuz it looks like it Could be a 4 seater

Re: Ford 525 convertible

nice! i'd leave it a cloth roof-now that we have the option of a hardtop retractible, and the novelty has worn off pretty much, i find myself gazing more lovingly at a well-fitted, expensive looking cloth roof, like Audis.

it seems to be an über 'stang, from the front, which is fitting since it's such a high-powered Ford.

keep doodling, i love 'em.

I didn't call it Thunderbird because I've already designed a Thunderbird (I believe I've posted it here before) with more Tbird-appropriate cues, or at least that's what I'm calling them.

The front looks to the Taurus for inspiration, which I called almost exactly 2 years ago, when I did this drawing:

I know the side exhaust isn't NEEDED, but I WANTED it LOL.

And perhaps the coupe would/could be a 4-seater as you suggested.

Thanks art! I've got tons more good ones, but most of them are by own brand, which I'm not ready to show yet LOL...

just wanted to make sure you know that I meant "not needed" as a compliment
ie imho the design's shape is attractive enough not to require any "gilding"/bling

&
OOooooo you have a Dream Brand you're designing, Rmc??? très cool
Have you ever checked out CarSpyShots? They have several members who are doing those.
&
you WILL post your brand here when ready, yes?!?
