I thought I'd smooth out the flanks some.

I hope not....hated it!
The Imp was a lump.
I'm going more for a Continental look...as in Lincoln and Bentley.

I've got a fender-fixation with Lincoln (too?)
but lately've been pondering a look that Mr. Nesbitt posted a while back
thread (http://www.fomoconews.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1454), attachment (http://www.fomoconews.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=418&d=1195248863)
maybe combined with a touch of THE* Continentals' hip-kickup...

I also liked the fastback one a LOT (lurking at BON ;))
- tho maybe as part of a new Cougar chop...(hint hint)

One detail of the MK9 concept has me scratching my head a bit. That would be the chromed openings on both ends of the car. At neither end do they really do anything for the design, the rest of which I like very much. How would it look in a nice dark blue?
