Jiangling Motors' auto sales surge 56% in 2010

Jan. 21, 2011 (China Knowledge) - Jiangling Motors Corp Ltd<000550><200550>, one of China's major car makers, announced yesterday that it sold 178,900 cars last year, reflecting an increase of 56% year on year, sources reported.
The company's sales of commercial vehicles under Ford brand were 52,300 units last year.
The 2010 sales also included 66,200 JMC trucks and 60,400 JMC pick-ups and SUVs, according to the firm.
