    Pics of my Fiesta Accident

I wanted to share my experience this past February with how well my Fiesta performed at saving me.

I have recently moved from an urban area where I have never needed to have snow tires on an automobile to an area where I live on a dirt rd in the mountains of Vermont. Well I was driving down the mountain around 25-30 mph and lost control of the car which landed where you see. The car did everything it was supposed to do; engine shut off, airbags deployed, four ways flashed and the horn honked. Since I have sync in my car and my phone for safety is linked, sync asked if I wanted 911 called and it did.

I spoke to the Previous Fiesta Brand Manager and complimented him on a well made car.

This winter will be the first time I have ever bought snow tires and I only need them for one season on the Fiesta.

I hope this shows how safe this small compact is and how much I love it for keeping me safe.

I'm glad you were alright. That accident could've been much worse. Snow can be a pain in the butt. That's probably the only thing I like about living in the South. You wouldn't have been alright if you were in a Yaris.

Glad you were ok. Times like these you almost wish the Fiesta offered AWD.

Snow really causes a lot of troubles to cars. Good thing you are safe. How is the car now?

Well I feel so bad for the car because its front side is totally destroyed. But happy to hear that you all are fine. dear bro I think the human body parts are more important then you car parts. So don't be worry by thinking of your car, be happy by thinking that you are fine.

Re: Pics of my Fiesta Accident

I only had to cover my deductible and I got that back a year later due to some accounting error. Lol.

This season though, I put used snow tires on and it was amazing. No accident!!

Also the adjuster initially estimated at 5k and it cost 11k. Not totaled due to state law with initial adjustment. It was valued at 18k. She held her value well too.

Glad you are ok and the car safety systems worked to protect you.

Time to consider a Jeep for a second vehicle, fun, and the bad weather.
