How can Ford not see a market for this car stateside? I think its far better looking then the sedan version, and in the ST version is downright sexy! Is it a fear that it'll cut into Escape sales? That is the only possible explanation I could believe.





Personally I think the lines are better on the wagon then on any other variation of the Focus, am I the only one?

Yes, hard to ween Ford off those big profit margins on the SUV line.
And agree the Focus wagon design is in total SYNC, very well balanced.

As of now US buyers still prefer SUVs/CUVs over estate/shooting brake/wagons. Even in Europe it varies greatly by region/country, from 10-40% of sales. Wagons were are niche vehicles since the advent of minivans et al.
We got a 4 door sedan Focus that is our exclusive (I prefer BTW).

I've always preferred sporty hatches and have never had a SuvCuv
but
it seems like most cars have less room & open-ness (not specifically visibility) for their size
to the point that I'll be looking at small Suvs/Cuvs/MPVs/C-Max in the future as well
...cargo-volume is still down my list but access to whatever room there is will surely keep me getting a 5th-door of some kind

It would sell, and many to non SUV buyers. One customer I see, the cleaning lady crews. They have been using Escort wagons for years. They are due for a replacement vehicle, and this would be perfect, A bit more room & mileage, and still easy to park anywhere.

Well Focus estate is looking quite big car capacity wise. because its long back have enough space for keep more things. I think its 5 seater car and I like the body desing of this car. Thanks for sharing the car does anyone have some price idea of this car?
