Current Car: 2004 Lincoln LS V6 Luxury Cashmere Tri-Coat 3.0L Duratec V6 5 Speed Automatic with SSTPrevious Cars
1994 Ford Econoline 150 Centaurus LTD Conversion Van Red and White 351 V8 4 Speed Automatic
1999 Mercury Sable LS Premium Toreador Red Clear Coat Metalic 3.0L Duratec V6 4 Speed Automatic
I love it even more now that I know what it stood for.
It would look great on a ultra lux flagship. I would do what Rolls Royce does and make it where if someone tries to grab the ornament it sticks itself in the car or either make it where it's extremely tedious to take off. I wish people wouldn't steal them in the first place.![]()

The new MK Z is a nice car, gorgeous and modern, but fail to match the luxury and glamour of those all cars pictured here. Lincoln need some one ( are you, Mr Wolff?) that give back the luxury status to the brand.

So...just to review...Lincoln shows off a bunch of its former flagships, to bring in an era where they're specifically not doing a flagship?
My head continues to hurt.
WOW! (Even more WOW!) Look at that Derham Sports Sedan. Amazing! All of these classic cars have substance and elegance. They define Lincoln as a Lincoln and "What Lincoln Should Be".
The grayhound ornament could be reserved for the upper end if there is a someday. Why can't the 1960's Star ornament be used instead of the slim version used today?? The '60's Star is more bold and outgoing.
it's interesting imho, tho maybe not too surprising, that a threshold of frustration seems to have been crossed among Lincoln fans in the past 48 hours...
...gonna be a tense lead-up to NAIAS

It’s not a journey. Every journey ends, but we go on. The world turns and we turn with it. Plans disappear. Dreams take over. Yet wherever I go, there you are. My luck, my fate, my fortune. MERCURY. It's inevitable.
