I'm frustrated that Lincoln chose to skip this show. LA is the perfect place to show a C segment vehicle. I don't get it.

    ^ imho

distance from Dearborn, MI to Los Angeles, CA
    = 2,275.6 miles

distance from Dearborn, MI to Detroit, MI
    = 9.1 miles

It’s not a journey. Every journey ends, but we go on. The world turns and we turn with it. Plans disappear. Dreams take over. Yet wherever I go, there you are. My luck, my fate, my fortune. MERCURY. It's inevitable.

This whole publicity stunt could be a build-up that will last all the way to the 2013 NY show. Therefore we will continue to get some of this and some of that. Probably will end as "The more things change, the more things say the same" or something like that to show how the past is the present is the future.

Keep in mind that Cadillac is showing a "Glamour" vehicle at Detroit. Lincoln made some wonderful "Glamour" vehicles now showing at the LA show.

I'm half considering a new Poll:
Is FoMoCo more interested in Lincoln becoming a Gourmet/Couture/Extravagance Brand than a car manufacturer?
    so
imho we need to quote that phrase in FRENCH
