MKS and Navigator need it more than the MKX

I mean I know the MKX is behind on styling but seriously the Navi hasnt been changed since 07... we have been through 3 MKZ redesigns while the Navi hasn't changed

What's the large sedan that's being talked about? The S? Or something bigger like an MKT Sedan? Ok, i'll say it...a proper Continental.

The market for full size SUV's is down, the market for all sizes of CUV's is up, if it were me I would be working on the S and X.

I understand this but there really isn't anything wrong with the MKX right now and it is selling reasonably well for Lincoln

I agree with you Andrew L, I think the Navigator need a redesign, the 2013 mkx looks great and I don´t think it need a redesign soon

Re: Hands-On Design at the Lincoln Design Studio Opening

    - these 2 next vehicles were timelined to be intro'ed by the end of 2014
    - afaik the 2 are new not just mce's BUT there might be mce's beside the 2
    - I trust what All-Or-Nothing says = the X it is
    - so the Navi becomes 2015cy, "lagging" the F-150 by a couple-few-several quarters

    - I've been hoping for an LTC/stretched MKS (letting the T peter-out)
    - along with an mce for the MKS itself BUT then
    - in 2015-6cy, replacing the MKS with a global-flagship (close to same size) = Continental BUT
    - imho Continental has to include a RWD basis (even if all versions are electrified with Virtual-AWD)
    ALTHO
since the Navi is pushed off a bit, think I have to consider the "larger" sedan might be a CD4+3 MKS ... which screws up my hopes for 2015cy-&-following

making the LincStang the only RWD Lincoln for a long span

(yes, I admit it: all I care about is getting Lincoln 'settled' before 2020 so THE RETURN can happen on *my* schedule (or sooner))
It’s not a journey. Every journey ends, but we go on. The world turns and we turn with it. Plans disappear. Dreams take over. Yet wherever I go, there you are. My luck, my fate, my fortune. MERCURY. It's inevitable.
