Maybe not... maybe just the curviness lol. Idk the similarities seem stronger in person.

While I don't disagree with you about the some of the lines they share, when I look back I can't help but to believe they took a little from the 90's continental as well...

And

From the looks of these new spy photos the Continental looks almost production ready. I can hardly wait to see the finished product. Looks great so far.

That's one of my favorite generation of the Continental. Great looking car.

I wish that the chrome cladding could make it to production. From the spy shots I see an indention at the rear where the chrome gladding meets the rest of the bumper. But it would be a nightmare keeping it in perfect condition and quickly scraped up with parking, especially in the front. But who knows.

It shouldn't be though since Lincolns can park themselves

dunno about the size but imho the style duplicates the ContiConc

anyone else remember Lincoln making a fairly big deal about the wheels for the original MKS Conc?

made it to production but, iirc, they weren't offered long

compared the Contiproto to the background vehicles

seems Quite LOW (like the Conticonc, still), no?

Re: Lincoln Continental Concept

Upon returning to my truck this afternoon I found a current Audi A8 parked nearby. I spent a little extra time examining it's proportions and honestly to my eyes the spy shots of the mule look closer proportionally to the A8 than does the concept. I've been very concerned about the production Continental losing the concepts presence but given I'm a fan of the A8's style I'm feeling quite a bit more comfortable now.

Bringing the concept to production had the potential to be a styling grand slam IMO. The mule looks to have at minimum the potential to be a solid home run even with the unfortunate changes!

In comparison to the MKS it looks low!! Of course in comparison to the MKS all but a Super Duty looks low!

The greenhouse has clearly gained a couple inches in height, but overall the vast length and width manage to give it a long and low look!!
