Your spec Focus must be over 30,000 euros with 8,000-10,000 euro discount.

You are rigth. The price , without discount of Ford dealer if you finance with them, is a bit over 30000 (33000$).

Re: 2019 Ford Focus Revealed

It looks like Ford recently introduced the Focus Active in China, the model that was supposed to be introduced in the US market.

https://www.ford.com.cn/suvs/focusactive/

It appears to be identical or almost identical to the European version.
Only one engine is offered, the 180 horsepower 1.5 EcoBoost (top gasoline engine in the Euro model) with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Is a pity USA wont get this car. Is a better option than the EcoSport. And the new Puma wont go there, either. Both cars are good option in a B-C segment. Better than the old EcoSport.

Re: 2019 Ford Focus Revealed

Here's something strange, while I was checking out Ford's Chinese website, I noticed that there's no longer any mention of the 1.0 EcoBoost. In China this engine was offered in the New Focus, EcoSport and Escort.

The 1.5 Ti-VCT inline-3 is now the only engine offered in the Chinese EcoSport and Escort sedan.

In the New Focus, the 1.5 Ti-VCT inline-3 is now the base engine that sits directly below the 180hp 1.5 EcoBoost.

Unlike the EcoBoost models, the New Focus 1.5 Ti-VCT with an automatic transmission uses a conventional shifter and hand brake in place of the rotary shift knob & electric parking-brake.

Ford is going through major restructuring in China after a collapse in their market share, part of that includes cutting back options....so the 1.0 bit the dust.
