Arrow 2025 Lincoln Continental Concept

http://www.autoevolution.com/news/20...ery-42016.html

23rd of January 2012, 12:15 UTC ∑ Mihnea Radu

One unofficial but very impressive Lincoln concept thatís been endorsed by Ford made a surprise appearance at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show, and the internet has been buzzing ever since.

The concept called the 2025 Lincoln Continental is the work of Lawrence Tech design students Colin Bonathan and Jeeho Cha. The amazing four seater is as distinct as a concept has ever been. That amazing faired body was created by Bonathon, while the interior layout is Chaís doing, who gave it mahogany on the center console and Alcantara seats.

The project started with the rendered 3D images that were created last year. Lawrence Tech has has a partnership with Ford for their undergraduate degree program in transportation design, and the Blue Oval liked it so much that they ordered a scale model be built for Detroit.

Nice muscular look to it with attitude. Almost like something from the "Batman" movies which is not a bad thing either.

Re: 2025 Lincoln Continental Concept

reminds me of my Lincolnized MadMax concept (Simon Brook's) in the Mission

&
unlike my "sophomoric" comment on the non-MKR parts of the Z concept elsewhere,
since this IS student work
that same comment becomes more of a description than a critique...
...but still

That is one gorgeous design study, especially from the front. Actually, it sort of fits the proportions of the tarp-covered car I saw behind the Henry Ford a month ago. maybe that was the mad max car

This car is gorgeous and should be in production now! Is this your rendering 2b2? Great job!

NO, not at All, scford
the original that I merely chopped was rendered by Simon Brooks of Ford-Australia
