Ford has been losing SUV sales to Jeep for years because they have not had anything to compete. The Bronco and mini Bronco will reverse that. They are not losing additional sales if the delay leading up to them. And the Escape has a lower, softer shape intentionally.

As for timing, Late spring for mini and fall 2020 for Bronco. Not 2022.
You mean more like...Ford has been losing SUV sales to everybody, not only Jeep. Just compare the sales ranking 2011 vs 2019 and then 2015 vs 2019, you will be shocked.

Right, beause stopping production on your two high volume CUV's this year in preparation for all new, had nothing to do with sales.

Bottom line, Jeep will be hit directly next year with new Ford products more than any other brand.

You can compare to 2018 or 2017 as well LOL...

Jeep has nothing to worry about with the delays in the baby Bronco and Bronco, they will have plenty of time to dominate the market.

Re: BRONCO ...thread continued

Let's see,
from 2010 to 2018......Explorer sales increased 313% and Escape, already quite high in 2010, increased 51%.

Hardly worth of a rant.

LOL

...I don’t know if you noticed, but their sales are down 6% this year, even with adding the Gladiator. I mean, since you’re all about numbers and stuff.

Interesting that they had the Bronco II in the promo video. I suppose it is part of the Bronco history. Wonder if they are going to leverage it for the Baby Bronco. Unlike most people, I always liked the Bronco II

Re: BRONCO ...thread continued

So Spring reveal for Bronco. And management keeps referring to new Bronco being available "next year" so I assume it is about a year away.
