...from what I gather, if it uses the 10spd or 8spd it really doesn’t care what motor is hung off the front of it.

So true! The more I read about the XT6 the happier I get about where Lincoln is at! Just a few years back did we ever think Lincoln would/could step up to produce such a top notch, no excuses vehicle?

Lincoln fully stepped up to meet the true Euro competitors head on (and the Explorer comes along for the ride!) while Cadillac phoned it in and barely steps up above their Buick/GMC internal competitors.

Getting back to the Explorer, interesting that the 3.0 V6 TT can only be had with AWD on Explorer yet the Aviator will offer it in RWD.

Its those extra 15 ft-lbs the ST gets that makes it too much for RWD to handle

the 10" screen is an option, so they're just showing different trims with different options.

Current Vehicles:
2009 Ford Flex Limited w/ AWD
Light Ice Blue/White Suede Roof | Med. Lt. Stone Interior | Vista Roof
2018 Ford Mustang GT Convertible
Lightning Blue | Black Top | Black Interior
