Fomoconews runs into the new MKX cruising through town

MKX Spied In The Wild

Detroit MI- Hi guys I know it seems to be taking forever to get my posters choice review up but I have not forgotten all about you and I'm still working on it (the dealership im currently dealing with this time is giving me every single form of the runaround possible). In the meantime I figured I'd give the readers here at Fomoconews a small consolation prize and post these pics of the second gen MKX that I saw over on Van Dyke today. The engineer was visiting the ford factory nearby and I guess he had to run in and get something. Unfortunatley for him he left it unattended in the factory's entry road which allowed me to cruise in and get two quick shots before I snuck quietly back out and turned back onto Vandyke (I first spotted him further down by utica road) enjoy

Thanks for the pix, Gmfan1111
&
that looks like an extremely nice Midnight Blue (one of my strongest suggestions for Lincoln(only))
was it that dark in person? imho blues are one of the hardest colors to get good photographic representation

aaaaaaand
went to check the name of that Blue in the OrderGuide.pdf and realized they haven't released them yet < huff
guess they'll have to soon - the orderbook is already open I believe
and Job1 is May 10

Wow, the front in "real world" pics looks alot better than even the press photos.

no prob 2b2, as for the color it was that dark (but whenever the sun hit it it made it a bit lighter in color) but regardless it's a great color on this vehicle

Is that not Kona Blue Metallic? That's what the website says.

I have to agree with you on this. I can not wait for next month when LMdealer and I go to the Autoshow in NYC. Hoping to get to sit in a Fiesta since I officially placed the order on Friday. Now the horrible wait begins.

Love the redesign.

Just got back from the Ft Worth Auto Show and it was clearly one of the hi lights of the day.

I might just have to make this my next Lincoln vehicle. Never been into SUVs... but this one is very sharp.
