Yeah I'm sorry. Hindsight is 20/20 and I shouldn't have let his usual garbage get to me, but today it just got me in a crap mood. Apologies, FIN!

I didn't bother to read many new posts here but I get that we are passionate about our love for the brands. I myself can get quite defensive about Cadillac...but name calling and whatnot isn't constructive. Lincoln is what it is and although I want better, I realize I need to chill and see what unfolds in the coming models.

I did not start this post to cause bickering, I seriously thought that the article was a good news piece for Lincoln overall.

Considering that C&Ds review of the CT6 was just as bad, I guess Lincoln is on the right track..

No need to justify posting the article. I'm sure I can speak for everyone when I say we appreciate you posting it so quickly after it was published!

Work interview at C&D magazine recruitment office:

You think every vehicle on earth with wheels (including family sedáns,work trucks, luxury limousines, ambulances, towning trucks, and SUVs) must be drived like the marvelous, incomparable, supreme and fantastic Porsche 911? Yes- welcome. No- thanks for your time

You love BMW? Yes- Continue. No- We will call you
You love Honda (and Acura) ? Yes- continue. No- We will call you
You love Toyota (and Lexus)? Yes-continue. No- we will call you
You hate Lincoln (And some times Ford)? Yes- you are hired. No- sorry, you are not the guy we are searching for

Wow....that's a paranoid post...not to mention unfair.

This article on MKC is just from a few months ago. It's very complimentary and the only criticism is of its price which is true.

http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...-driven-review

Folks...if a single review causes u to lash out...maybe it's time to put on your big boy pants and assess for yourself that maybe the vehicle could be better.

That's a nice acknowledgment that Cadillac is doing it right but very different criticism vs mkz.

The MKZ is nice but far from the best Lincoln can do yet
