Yeah, I would agree with this as well.

And, like I said, it’s not a complexity issue. Nav is offered to fleets on all series.
The complexity issue is with Ford, not you. Gone are the days of a gazillion options that costs them extra profit. Now they are bundled in popular groupings. If you did not like the wheels in a certain grouping and it cost Lincoln a sale, I guess Lincoln will have to move on with their lives.

The point is cost control. It can be frustrating, but Lincoln is hardly the worst in the industry. The Japanese are notoriously stingy with configurations. Oftentimes there are no options at all - just a few trim levels and dealer installed accessories. Want metallic gray? You better like the black interior, because there's a good chance it's your only option.
