The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor is the most anticipated new truck of the coming year (sorry, Honda Ridgeline). We know it has at least 450 horsepower with the twin-turbo 3.5-liter Ecoboost V6. We know know it comes in Supercab and Supercrew versions. We know it has a sweet Baja mode for desert running. And as of earlier this week you can order one from your local Ford dealer. That means we also know the price of the upcoming model.
Based on a pdf found on Ford's fleet website (and thanks to Ryan for the reader tip), the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Supercab will retail for $49,520, and the Supercrew will start at $52,505. Both prices include destination. In terms of pricing hierarchy, that's more than a King Ranch model, but less than Platinum trim.
Starting at about $5k more than the last gen, but offering a 500lb lighter aluminum body, new 10-speed transmission and new more powerful engine. With all those substantial upgrades, it's really a bargain.
