Not sure if I like it or not. Will have to see it in person, as always, I guess.

That chrome grill ... is just ... almost too bold, if that makes sense. I love chrome, but.... *shrugs*

No, not initially at least. It's coming with the current 6-speed auto except the 6.2 gets and upgraded version of the 6-speed found in the F-150.

I am not a transmission guy, but constant gear changing under a heavy towing load, seems less rugged to me.

Honestly, there is soooo much torque here, you really don't need to multiply it so often. 6 shifts for a vehicle that is driven at lower speeds, seems OK.

You also have to remember just how much money Ford will save by eliminating duplication of effort when they split up the two trucks 20 years ago. It took a long time to correct that error but it's finally done.

So they added a lot of features and strength to the entire chassis and driveline, and yet they were able to reduce weight by 350lbs

I thought Super duty was not going to aluminum body, glad I was wrong. if looks are anything this will be a better truck.
