My name is Lindy Perritt and I bought a 2014 Ford Focus new in September 2014. In September 2015, had issues so I took to dealership and found out the clutch was a recall. I received no letter and no call to inform me of this. Since September 2015 my car has had the clutch replaced twice, multiple adjustments.

I tried repeatedly to get the representative to work with me due to this is a recall by Ford as a Safety Issue.

I bought this car brand new and make payments monthly on a car that is unsafe to drive. I feel that I was treated badly by the representatives from Ford and have yet to have the issue resolved.

The 2nd clutch that was installed is beginning to do the same hesitation as it did in September and after the clutch was replaced the 1st time.

I have driven Fords most of my life, but at this point would recommend to anyone that ask NOT to buy a Ford.

Welcome to the forum Lindy.

It sounds like even though they replaced the clutch twice, it may need to be done again.

If you are not happy with the representative you are currently working with, I would suggest visiting this website: https://corporate.ford.com/contact-us.html

Then scroll down, looking on the left side and select - Email Ford - Ford Service Issue - and complete the form. Offer as much detail as possible and hopefully this will help get your issue resolved.
