Looks sharp, nice ad. I think they are pushing it a little on the fender fin thing with those plunging LEDs.

Just like the CTS, love the front end but looks like the rest of it will be a tab boring... looks really really good though. I'm excited for the NY show.

Love the front end detail, the headlamps, the grill, the sculpting... Great job Cadi.
I like the front end, too. From the side it reminds me of a better-proportioned XTS.

Great ad, though!
I love it! My biggest complaint regarding the ATS/CTS is they look narrow where this CT6 the width appears proportional to the length and height. Of course they have it lowered down in the commercial, no way it sits down on the wheels in production. The interesting thing to me is they claim this car will weight less than the CTS!

Love or loath Cadillac, agree or disagree with their business plan, you have to give them credit for swinging for the fences!
Nice ads, but really not into the current angular, flat slab design language. But Cadillac has thrown down the gauntlet and it's time to see if Lincoln is up to the challenge. But remember, Lincoln is a model behind, so unless Lincoln is launching an MKS and Continental at the same time, I expect to see the smaller MKS launch that sits below this new Cadillac.

The MKZ's design has continued to grow on me in the two years its been on the road so the MKS has a very high bar to clear IMO! They've given no reason to believe that they'll let us down given their three most recent completely new vehicles but the MKS could well be a more conservative design than the MKZ, likely even.

I'm already frustrated with Lincoln because I know damn well they're going to show the car and give some vague details at best. It'll be close to a year before we know all of what it'll offer.
I gotta say I'm impressed with what I see here. Good job Cadillac. Come on LINCOLN let's see what you got.

as should be expected after what I said earlier today,
2 large Lincolns will not surprise me - tho not necessarily at NYC nor at the same time
&
we 'heard' the CT6 will be only 8" long than the CTS/5
so
current MKS = 205.6
Cadillac CT6 = 203.5
Nice, it's a good conservative yet progressive development of the CTS design language. BTW I usually hate white cars, but the CT6 looks damn fine in it.

I am getting tired of their "neo-American Exceptionalism" themed ads. They can only come up with so many innovative sounding slogans before they start sounding overwrought and nonsensical... "Dare Greatly".
The ad was very nice, but I'll reserve judgement on the car once I can see more of it.
I like the front! looks good! nice headlights but the rest of the car is too CTS IMHO.
good work Cadillac.

Lincoln....it is time to show something like that!

btw nice ad.....Lincoln should learn....the MM thing is getting a bit weird
This looks great...I am hoping it looks as good in person as advertisements can use all sorts of photographic tricks to make cars appear nicer than they are. If it does look this good, I think Cadillac is on the right track.

Does anyone know what price range gm is considering for the ct6? I've read at least $120k, is this figure accurate?

Maybe with option, but it should start a lot lower than that. We need to remeber that the CT8 is in the pipeline too and that will (obviously) be on top of this.
Beautiful car! I'm impressed with what I see so far but Cadillac has a tendency with it's new generation of cars of making nice fronts but bland rears.

I don't know what the price range will be. I'd guess it'll start around $70k. If it's at least $120k they might as well hang it up.

iirc on GMI they posted that Cadillac is claiming the interior will look like a $100k car

so imho it will usually cost a BIT less than that - hopefully

there was a considerable ruckus a while back (last year?) on GMI when it was announced
-- that the S-class competitor was CANCELLED - sorta-since the XTS replacement was so good (CT6)
then (Jan?)
-- they announced the new naming CT# & XT# and the consensus was that a higher CT# WILL BE an S-class equivalent - I'm not sure if a timeline real-or-speculation was posted...

edit: wanted to post this camo shot of AFAIK-the-same-car; NOT POSITIVE

Am I the only one that thinks the Dare Greatly campaign is too similar to Mazda's Game Changers? They both talk about unexpected people who created important technology, changed the way we live, started a movement, etc...
