Well...it seems that nothing is sacred anymore in our World as a London design student has now been found guilty on three counts of Blackmail against top Automotive Designers credited with designing some of the most popular cars on todays market.

Autoblog.com provided the article shining light onto "The Truth" of the matter...despite what this gentleman would have you believe.

Design student found guilty of blackmailing high profile car designers

Engineers and marketing specialists invariably inject reality into a designer's original vision before it ever hits the streets. Despite these intrinsic modifications, one former design student claimed he created the original inspiration for the Mazda RX8, Audi TT, BMW Z3 and Volvo XC90. Guy Lloyd-Parker believed the vehicles were spawned from some of the 95 drawings that were stolen from him by college lecturers at The London College of Fashion in 1994. After Mr. Lloyd-Parker was unsuccessful in receiving compensation from the college, he went after the top designers at each of the above mentioned automobile manufacturers. He sent threatening letters to Tsutomu Matano (formerly of Mazda), Geza Loczi (Design Director of Volvo), and Henrik Fisker (formerly of BMW and currently associated with Aston Martin and his own bespoke company). The mailings, titled "The Truth," demanded large sums of money in exchange for withholding "the whole truth" from the media. The letters also called the designers "liars, thieves and cheats." Now it looks like the real truth has been revealed as Guy Lloyd-Parker has been found guilty of three accounts of blackmail.

This bloke had the audacity to claim that he was the one who came up with the original designs for the Mazda RX-8, The Volvo XC-90 and the Audi TT. In the case of the Audi, we know that Ford Chief Designer J. Mays was involved in penning the original TT and the new Volkswagen Beetle.

I just don't know what was going through his head...but he certainly will get justice served to him...though not in the way he was expecting.

So, what do you think?

This guy needs medical help. He clearly could just have called a lawyer to work pro-bono and get paid if they succeed.
He is either mentally ill or not very smart, which would make him ill.

Whoever designed the Aztek deserves to be dragged out of their home kicking and screaming, then strung up by the toes and forced to gargle pudding till they choke.

I mean honestly...who would think that the Aztek was a good looking vehicle?

And even if I was the one who designed this and it was stolen from me...I don't think I would bother trying to claim ownership of this horrid vehicle. I'd be too ashamed.
