:thumb: TY for posting it, Igor!
The current outgoing Elantra Sedan is 179.1 inches long and has a 106.3 inch wheelbase.^ smaller afaik
the Sonata was/is Fusion-sized
Elantra was 169.3 ovl, 104.3 wlb
imho they've needed something in between - dunno if the Elantra is growing
Not much, shape is evolutionary with the addition of the Audi-like grill seen in more recent Hyundais. So basically a Hyundai Fusion.
Saw an Escort last night, that is the first thing I thought of when I saw this Elantra sketch...
It's built on a low-cost version of the Focus Mk2's C1 platform which the current Global C is based on. They ditched the control blade independent rear suspension and put a Fiesta-style torsion beam.^ one of the NEW Escorts, Paul?
ie the nice looking China-only, just-built, but on that old platform, one?
did some googling2b2; said:
I think those are the dimensions of the current Elantra GT aka i30.did some googling
*guess* it was a 3-or-5-door HATCH from 2007-10, judging by the wlb
just got it wrong
