Infiniti could launch four-door coupe as brand's flagship

In order to boost its credentials as a tier one luxury automaker, Nissan's Infiniti is considering building a four-door sports coupe along the lines of the Porsche Panamera.
Andy Palmer, Nissan's executive vice president in charge of future products, told Automotive News that the four-door coupe is being considered as Infiniti's flagship vehicle. Opting for a sporty sedan as its flagship would help differentiate Infiniti from other luxury marques, which typically take a softer approach to their range-toppers

If the style is that of the Concept, is a waste of money...
I love the concept at that link! The new Infiniti style is typically a bit busy for my tastes but it really works on that two door coupe! Look at the distance from a-pillar to front wheel, that is how you do sexy!

I would like to see a 4 door coupe based on the mustang as the flagship of Lincoln (with a v8 of course :angel)....although IMHO the Navigator should be the flagship of Lincoln
