Would Mach1 be on that dedicated EV platform? If not I was expecting it on D6.

Also, it may be the case that that graphic is no longer correct; Mustang is said to remain on its current platform and not use the D6 platform. Although, what we've learned from the "holy grail" is that any configuration is possible and how we understood the meaning of "platforms" has changed. Would be interesting to see how it all unfolds.

I think Ford has been remarkably clear: the c2 architecture stretches down to Ka and up to mondeo/fusion size; bev is a separate architecture; if there are only 5 going forward, mustang has to be on cd6. The rest is just the lot of you getting paranoid. They said it and they said they'll deliver by 2020. Wait two years and if you don't get what they said, then you can have a hissy fit.

just becuz we/I are paranoid doesn't mean 'they' are not out to get us/me/YOU

CX430 is baby bronco or the "short C" utility and will replace C-Max in Europe and North America.

Not MACH 1.
Right...nothing FWD needs to be associated with Mustang. Mustang is performance, RWD or AWD, and a MACH I needs to be a next generation Mustang EV to battle the upcoming performance EVs from BMW and Porsche. While still offering a next gen light-hybrid Mustang on the new CD6 platform.

Ford earnings are down, and still all I hear is the incessant bleating of electrification. News Flash Ford the absolute leading electric automaker in the world has yet to sustain profitability at volumes Ford may never reach in many segments.
