Ford Introduces New Fiesta Sport

Madrid:-Ford has decided to complete the range of small perfommance vehicles with the addition of a sporty Fiesta variant. No change in the mechanics, the new Sport + adds a more dynamic and appealing aesthetics, premiering white stripes or blue hood and roof.
Available from late March, includes as standard:​
  • Lower front spoiler​
  • New rear diffuser​
  • Spoiler largest​
  • Two color combinations: white / blue and blue / white​
  • Alloy wheels painted white​
  • Leather seating and heated​
  • Leather steering wheel with blue stitching​
  • Specific Mats​
  • Series logo​
  • Side airbags​
The only two available engines are the 1.6i 16v 120 bhp and the 1.6 TDCI. Recommended prices for Spain will be reported in a few days.​

Not only Spain but initially, availability of the Fiesta Sport+ will be limited to the UK, Spain, Switzerland and Austria.
Re Wheels- large alloy wheels are fitted as standard equipment and are painted in bright 'Frozen White'. Re engines - 120 PS (88 kW) 1.6-litre Duratec TiVCT petrol engine or the improved 1.6-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel engine now with 95 PS (70 kW),

I wish they'd use a different nameplate. Fiesta? That was a crappy name and crappy car back in the day I'm sorry to say. Name change would do wonders for this car.
