I wonder............... I keep running across a couple VERY THROATY Chargers and Challengers, with the nose and azz bagged-up rear tight. (in the 12 - 14 mile & Haggerty/M-5 area of Novi, MI).

Also the people driving them haven't been shy with the gas, if you know what I mean.
