2016 Shelby GT350 & GT350R Mustang Pricing Leaked! Starts at $47,870 / GT350R at $61,370

The 2016 Shelby GT350 Mustang pricing is out and it should make a whole lot of people happy!

The base GT350 vehicle (900A) starts at just $47,870 excluding destination and delivery and the GT350R Mustang (920A) equipment group adds an additional $13,500 for a total of $61,370.

For our neighbors up north, the base GT350 Mustang in Canada looks to have a starting price of $62,599 CAD.

Just so I am clear. The Shelby350 is the replacement for the Boss302...correct? 500hp, 400 torque. Right above the Mustang GT. There are so many Mustang models I get confused.

Based on pricing, the standard GT350 should be sort of a replacement for the Boss 302, but with over 500hp and more unique components, I guess it's a notch higher.

About having so many models, i think the GT350 will be the first new model above the current 435hp GT/GT Premium.

Does anyone actually think they will be able to buy this car at MSRP? I tried to buy a 2014 Shelby, knowing that I couldn't get X-plan, but the best price I could get in the Phoenix area was $7000 over MSRP. I refuse to pay over MSRP for anything.
