“the Personalization Studio will allow customers to visually explore the entire array of models, colors and features, configure their desired vehicle, and view a life-size image of the vehicle both inside and out with family and friends before making a selection.”
How cool is that?

However, the concierge for service will be one of the best dealership experiences. You can leave your car there on a Sunday eve, drop off the key in the kiosk after filling out a simple screen menu, with the option of borrowing another car whereby the key gets dispensed for you. Does anyone do anything close to this anywhere in the industry? Me thinks not. Although what do I know as completely un-objective fan-boy who talks up Lincoln too much and needs to be countered.
