The 2015 model offers an impressive portfolio of driver-assist and convenience technologies based on sensors, cameras and radar that enable driver and passengers to enjoy a more relaxed and comfortable experience on the road. I agree. Would love to see that available here as well as the Focus wagon.

just heard the Venza is getting cancelled
AutolineDaily - March 6
same clip ^
also wonders if Kia's wagon concept will see production
That hideous Toyota should have never been built to start with in. The Venza in my opinion was just a shot Toyota wanted to take at the Ford Edge (copied headlights included) and it failed miserably.

The KIA Optima Sport Space is kind of cool looking in a way.

Same here. But I think the market might be a bit small. Dodge tried with the Magnum and Toyota tried that with the now discontinued(at the end of 2015) Venza, which is essentially a Camry wagon, with sales at just 29k for 2014. It seems the US empty nesters wanting more cargo space would rather move up to an Edge or MKX.

BUT......the Mondeo Estate is so beautiful/sexy that all that could change. Especially if it came as an Energi model with 30+ EV miles.

My wife really wants another Hybrid (she had a Prius for almost 7 years). I think the Fusion Titanium Hybrid may be her next vehicle.
I very much would prefer this over another Prius!

FYI, the 2016 Fusion Hybrid will come with the new EcoSelect option, like the ECO button on the Prius models, that offers even better fuel economy.

— EcoSelect Standard on HEV – the EcoSelect button located in center console will allow the vehicle to operate more efficiently with less aggressive heating and cooling, softer acceleration, more regenerative breaking, changes in engine behavior and EcoCruise control activation.

So if she is coming from a Prius and expect the option to have the best fuel economy possible, I would wait for the 2016 model to launch. Production starts 4/6/2015. Order bank opened on 2/2/15 so your dealer should have more details.

^ Wow that is a beauty. That'd be the next car I'd buy. I can see it now. I'd get tri coat platinum metallic, slap on some aftermarket wheels, get a nice roof rack for my bikes, and buy a dog. I'd live the wagon-driving millennial generation stereotype. But I'd be happy. So I'll probably wind up doing that with a FoST.

The Wagon in motion....

I wonder if FORD could use a BUY-IN-YURPLAND Program like they DID run for Volvo?

...let fans GO GET & bring over any not-totally-illegal model not sold here :nevreness:
