What good habits do you have? I recently began to replace bad habits with useful ones. I quit smoking and started workout at home. I want to get the habit of getting up every day at 8 am I also read about the good habits of successful people, for example, here https://booksrun.com/blog/efficient-habits-of-successful-people/ there is a lot about these habits. Tell me about your good habits and how they help you in life.

Find a small activity that brings you joy and do it often. For me it's taking my dog for a walk, meditating, or attending a gym class. I slowly started adding small things to my daily morning and nighttime routines, and my life 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 is significantly better now.
